I ordered a skull ring as a gift for Christmas after I saw Alex’s work at an event. I saw that the date for delivery was after the holiday even though there were still ~3 weeks until the holiday. I emailed to ask if the order was able to be expedited in time for the holiday. Alex responded right away and kept me posted with each step until I had the item in my mailbox.
